Graphene is a monolayer of carbon atoms tightly packed into a two-dimensional (2D) honeycomb lattice, with enormous potential for ultra-fast electronic, and multiple other applications such as composite materials, batteries, membranes, sensors and nanoelectromechanical systems. NANOCARBON is focusing on the growth of large area graphene and on the control of the number of layers in few layers graphene.
